Managing multiple distribution channels may seem overwhelming, but it’s actually a huge advantage—allowing you to reach employees where they are most active.
Currently, Sociuu supports Email, Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, Ziik, and Actimo as distribution channels. And we’re continuously adding more! The more touchpoints we create, the higher the engagement—ultimately leading to better results.
How to Connect Your Channels
✅ Microsoft Teams, Slack, Actimo & Ziik
- Simply connect via a webhook for the specific channel where you want to distribute content.
✅ WhatsApp & SMS
- Contact your Sociuu representative to add credits to your account.
- Then, add employee mobile numbers to your user list, upload, and you’re ready to go!
Tracking Engagement: Different Stats for Different Channels
📌 Microsoft Teams & Slack
- Content is shared within a team channel, making post stats collective rather than individual.
- You can track total shares and reactions, but not individual user activity.
📌 WhatsApp & SMS
- Content is sent directly to individual recipients, allowing for personalized tracking.
- You can view individual-level engagement stats in Sociuu.
