Having multiple distribution channels can be daunting. However, we see it as a huge benefit as we will meet different employees on different channels.

Currently, we have Email, Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, Ziik, and Actimo as distribution channels. We continually add channels to the list to meet employees on their preferred channels. When we meet them on a variety of channels, we increase engagement which in the end gives you better results.

To connect, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Actimo and Ziik, all you need to connect is a webhook for the specific channel you want to shoot content to.

To connect WhatsApp and SMS, you need to talk to your Sociuu contact to add credits to your account. Next is just to add mobile numbers to the user list, upload and you are good to go.

Different stats on different channels

On Microsoft Teams and Slack, you will shoot content to a specific team channel and this is not individualized. This means that posts generate collective stats for this specific post – This means that you can see how many shares and reactions posts get but not who shares the specific posts.

WhatsApp and SMS are set up to send to individual mobile numbers and the sharing and post-activity will be individual. This means that you will be able to see individualized stats in Sociuu.
