Give Ambassadors a Warm Welcome

Send employees a welcome email when they are joining your Employee Advocacy Program. This is a great way to introduce what is coming. Here are some tips to keep in mind when crafting a welcome email:

Personalize your message

Use the subscriber or customer’s name to make your message feel more personal and welcoming.

Thank them for subscribing or joining

Show appreciation for their interest in your brand and reinforce the value they can expect to receive from your emails or messages.

Set expectations

Be clear about what subscribers or customers can expect from you, such as frequency, types of content, or benefits…

Provide helpful resources

Offer resources or links that can help new subscribers or customers get started or learn more. This could e.g. be a short video explaining how to share the post from the Sociuu email and how to share from the SociuuHub.

Call-to-action

Encourage subscribers or customers to take an action, such as following your social media channels and visiting Sociuu Hub for their first share.
