Keep your User list updated! Manage your users list regularly to make sure you do not have inactive users in Sociuu. You can manage your users directly in Sociuu or by managing the User list (download the existing user list from Sociuu or create a new list)
You can add more users to Sociuu – Go to the previous step ‘Creating my user list‘ to see the steps on how to upload a new list. Ignore ‘duplicate actions‘ if you only want to add new users.
You can update existing users in Sociuu or after altering and uploading the User list by Excel or CSV. When updating existing users by uploading the list, you need to select the duplicate action: ‘Add and update’ or ‘Add and replace user groups’ – if you want to add new groups.
You can see Unsubscribers in Sociuu. They are just passive users and you will not be able to send content to these users, as they have previously unsubscribed from the Sociuu email.
Find these in the User section *All users” and filter on ‘Subscribed’
You can delete users Manually in Sociuu or by Upload. If you wish to delete a list of users by upload, All you need on the delete list are the emails of the users you want to delete.
When you delete users, they are Scrambled which means that we can not recreate but we keep the stats. If you need to add a deleted user, you just follow the steps for adding a new user.
