Sharing content with your employees is quick and easy through Sociuu. Here’s how it works:

Steps to Share Posts from Sociuu Email:

1. Click on Social Media Network

   • Inside the Sociuu email, your colleagues will see an option to share the post directly on their social media profiles.
   • Simply click on the Social Media Network they want to share the post on.

2. Personalize the Post

   • After clicking the network, they’ll be directed to a page where they can:
     • Write a personal caption or use the suggested text you’ve added to the post.

3. Click ‘Post’

   • Once they’re ready, they just click on “Post” to share the content directly.

What’s Already Ready for Your Employees:

• No Logins or Downloads Needed: Everything is prepared and optimized in the email — your colleagues don’t need to log in or download anything. It’s just an email and 3 simple clicks!
• Images, Text, and Edits: All the images, edits, and suggested text you created in Sociuu will already be included.

Activate the SociuuHub Button in Your Email:

If you want your colleagues to have access to even more content, make sure to activate the SociuuHub button in the email settings. Here’s how:

1. Go to General Settings in your Sociuu platform.
2. Navigate to Email Settings.
3. Activate the SociuuHub button.

Encourage Employees to Bookmark SociuuHub 📲

Once SociuuHub is activated in your emails, employees will have direct access to their personalized SociuuHub. Encourage them to:

• Bookmark the SociuuHub URL: This makes it easy for them to access even more insights and share additional content whenever they want.
• Find the SociuuHub: Go to your Sociuu URL and simply add /SociuuHub to the end of the address.

With this simple process, your employees can easily share content, stay engaged, and access all the great material in the SociuuHub with just a few clicks! 🎉
